GDIM Balanced Income Investment Model Portfolio Factsheet

This Investment Model Portfolio is designed to give investors a regular yield from their assets, without having to sell down units to generate income. It will generally use similar amounts of risk-weighted equity and non-equity instruments to achieve growth over the long term, but the majority of assets will contribute specifically to the  distributable income it generates. It generally has a bias toward domestic equity and a higher-yielding Fixed Interest. We will typically use a mix of defensive (Fixed Interest and Property funds) and adventurous (equity) assets.
